RENTAL EQUIPMENT - TORQUE CONTROLLERS
For expanding tubes in boilers, heat exchangers or condensers, we always stress the need to use a method of driving tube expanders that has pre-determined accuracy, produces consistent results and is safe and easy to operate.
We have in our rental stocks a mixture of pneumatic and electrically driven rolling motors that are able to be used to expand tubes up to 76mm o/d. All these tools are supplied with operating manuals and are contained in transit cases. The pneumatic tools are supplied with short lengths of operating hoses which include an in-line lubricator. Electric versions are designed for use with single phase, 50Hz, 230 volt power supply. Alternative voltage models can be supplied.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT - TUBE CLEANERS
For the cleaning of tubed plant – Boilers, Heat exchangers, Condensers, etc with tube i/ds
between 19mm – 70mm, we have available several tube cleaning kits for rental.
All these kits are pneumatically powered and the components are sized to suit the i/d of the tubes to be cleaned. These kits can be described as ‘internal tube cleaning kits’ whereon the driving motor is directly connected to the cutter head parts and all these components traverse the length of the tube during the cleaning process.
Kits are supplied with components sized to suit the application including a 10M operating hose, foot control valve and in-line lubricator all packed into transit cases. Operating instructions are provided.
The equipment is easy to use and very effective in removing deposits from tubes.
