Tube Guides

For use when installing new tubes in tube sheets. The tube guides consist of an alloy nose piece and a nylon brush. The new tube is fitted over the brush end and the alloy nose piece acts as a self centering guide when pushing through tube sheets and tube support plates.

Standard sizes range from 12.7mm to 38.1mm.

Tube Sheet Hole Brush

For cleaning tube sheet and support plate holes prior to tube insertion. Brushes are stainless steel and standard sizing is from 6.35mm to 38.1mm. For use with electric or pneumatically driven equipment.

Tube and Tube Joint Testing Tools.

For testing tubes in heat exchangers, condensers and boilers. Both testing tools are pneumatically operated and are available in a range of sizes to cover tube O/Ds from 12.7mm to 31.75mm

The tube tester is used for testing leaking tubes and consists of an air injection gun and a plugging gun.

The tube joint testing tool is used for air testing of expanded or welded tube joints for leaks.

A vacuum model is also available.

Tube Flaring Tools

Tube end flaring and belling tools are used to flare/bell the ends of expanded or welded tubes. For use with a pneumatic chipping type hammer tool.Models available to cover the tube range from 6.35mm to 50.8mm.

For removal of the projecting tube ends in heat exchangers, condensers and boilers. For use with pneumatically operated or variable speed drives, these tools are supplied with pilots to suit a range of tube I/Ds from 9.53mm to 63.5mm.
